With CEDC Bank's free mobile banking application, you have access to your accounts and deposits anytime, anywhere. Transact and find other important financial information on the go.

With the mobile banking application, the following functions are available to you:

• Login: Three variants are available for login: announcement by fingerprint (“Touch ID”), by facial recognition (“Face ID”) or by password.
• Fortune: query the status of your accounts and details of accounting entries at any time.
• Payments: settle your payments in Switzerland, make your transfers from one account to another, scan payment slips, record standing orders or validate eBills. Payments to new creditors can be saved in the app, but they have to be signed for security reasons only once before they are executed in e-Banking.
• Messages: take advantage of e-Banking's secure messaging function, now in chat format.
• News: read our bank's News simply and comfortably on your mobile device.
• Trading: Carry out stock transactions, learn about current exchange rates and use the currency converter.
• Cards: view your credit and Maestro card details. If you lose your card, you can block it directly in the app. However, you cannot unblock it yourself.
• Services: Find our next branch, check the bank details or find out about emergency card numbers.

Prerequisites
For full use of the application you need an e-Banking contract. Your access to the mobile banking application must be activated in e-Banking. In addition, you define your Mobile Banking password in e-Banking. For security reasons, you must register all your mobile devices. In e-Banking, you can manage your mobile devices yourself.

• Keep your mobile password secret and always enter it hidden.
• Activate passcode blocking on your mobile device to protect it from unauthorized access.
• A software update often also closes security gaps. Update the operating system and applications regularly and always use the most recent version.
• Do not use mobile devices with a "Jail Break" and only use official store apps!
